Directions:
100% Whey Protein Gold Standard
Easy:
Add one scoop of 100% Whey to a blender filled with 200-250ml of
water, skim milk or your favorite beverage.
Easier:
Fill a shaker with 200-250ml of water, skim milk or your favorite beverage and add one scoop of 100% Whey.
Easiest:
Simply add one scoop of 100% Whey to a tall glass and add 200-250 ml of
water, skim milk or your favorite beverage and mix with a spoon for about 20
seconds.
