Q: How do I shop online with FitnessSupplementsVitamins.ie?
A: You can browse via goal, on the home page or, alternatively, you can browse by category using the left navigation panel. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand. Remember you can call us at any time on the number shown for advice and queries. Alternatively, you can contact us using the Contact Us page. Once you have made your product(s) choice, simply click ‘Buy Now’ to add the item(s) to your shopping cart. From here you can Checkout and pay for your product(s) in a secure manner.

Q: How do I register an account?
A: It’s easy; find the supplements you require and click ‘Buy Now’. This will automatically show you your shopping cart. Click Checkout here to go to the Login/Register Account page. Choose the Register a New Account option, and, once you have provided us with your personal details, your account will be created. For future purchases, you simply enter your Login information when prompted.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?
A: At FitnessSupplementsVitamins.ie we endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and newsletters if you chose this option a registration stage (these can be opted out of at any time). We also provide our courier company with your phone number to assist in the delivery process. See our Privacy Policy for a detailed description on our policies regarding your personal information.

Q. How long will my order take to be arrive?
A. All orders, made before 2pm should be delivered next day (in Ireland and Northern Ireland). We use a courier company to deliver your order(s) and they have a service level of >99% regarding successful parcel deliveries. Orders placed after 2pm should be received within 2 days.

Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?
A: It is 100% safe to shop with FitnessSupplementsVitamins.ie. Once you've picked your products and entered your details you are passed on to a Realex Payments secure server page to enter payment details. These details are immediately encrypted and processed.

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?
A: Your order will arrive between 9-5 on the designated day. The courier will usually call your phone number to arrange delivery.

Q. Can I have it sent to my work address? Do I need to sign for it?
A: Yes you can, most of our customers take advantage of this. Yes all items do have to be signed for.

Q. Are all of your items in stock?
A: Yes our sophisticated website allows us to monitor our stock inventory, if an item is out of stock you will not be able to purchase it.

Q. What if my Supplements are smashed up in the post?
A. Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image. We will replace any damaged goods.
